• Church growth, through new birth (outreach and evangelism) and through maturity (discipleship), is healthy and is to be expected. If a body is healthy it will reproduce and grow.  Therefore, we will create systems, steps, teams, and engaging age/stage specific ministries to help people discover Christ and grow.  In the same manner, we will seek to remove any impediments to growth that may be preventing it.
